Returns + Exchanges

After you agree to these Terms, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If products or a product arrives to you damaged, let us know by taking a photo and emailing us at boldandbroad@gmail.com. We'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

In addition, no modifications to your purchase will be granted once your purchase is made. Thank you for understanding.
