Where else is Bold & Broad?
Right now, we mainly sell online. But we can be found at a couple, local artisan collectives in the Philly/South Jersey area.
Also, throughout the year, we vend at many craft markets and festivals around Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Find out where we’ll be by keeping up with us on Instagram or seeing our lineup on the homepage.
What's your refund or return policy?
At this time, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

However, if products arrive damaged, please take a photo and send us an email at boldandbroad@gmail.com, and we will get a replacement to you.
How long will it take to get my order?
We try to process orders within 2 days, with an extra 3-4 business days for shipping. So, on average, give at least 5-7 days for your order to arrive. If it has been longer, please reach out to us, and we will look into the delay.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Once we ship out orders and drop them off at the mailing carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this should happen, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
